My name’s Nicole, and I’m a woman of faith who happens to be a leader, coach, creative, daughter & friend.
Born and raised in San Diego, California, naturally I tend to gravitate toward the three S’s— Sunshine, Sea, and Sand. However, in 2022, after the sudden death of my father, I packed up my car for the first time in my life and moved to Denver, Colorado seeking change, new community and adventure.
There are two commandments that I live my life by; love God, and love others - it's that simple. Every decision I make, conversation I have, and result I produce is fueled by this command.
I have a decade of professional experience in creative operations & consulting - however where I thrive best is leading individuals, executives & organizations to take the next step. I believe when teams are coached mentally & individuals are supported emotionally they can show up every day, tackle their responsibilities with confidence and face challenges head on. When we are heard, seen and acknowledged, we can execute our job in a way that brings us joy and fulfillment while being able to witness the fruit of our labor.
I currently lead the creative operations for Original Form, a boutique digital agency and are on the board of directors for Neighbors Denver a nonprofit working to support the homeless community.
